Wednesday 1st August saw the launch of the Sussex Talent Competition!
The launch show included a number of guest artists and 6 auditionees. The talent was so good the judges decided 4 acts should go through to the quarter-finals instead of 3!
The acts that went through to the quarter-finals were:
Esme Sylvia – dancer and singer
Steph Sinclair – Irish dancer
Kiyan Pirnazari – pianist
Andy Banks – theatre performer
It was a fantastic launch night and showed the high-quality of acts that can be expected to audition in the coming months.
The purpose of Sussex Stars Talent Competition is to contribute to popularising the arts, create new opportunities for budding talent whilst de-popularising illegal street drugs. Drug Free World educates adults and youth about the dangers and truth about drugs.
